When Parliament resumed at 2pm the following bills were introduced:
Land Transport (Road Safety and Other Matters) Amendment Bill;
Royal Society of New Zealand Amendment Bill;
Financial Markets (Regulators and KiwiSaver) Bill;
Auditor Regulation and External Reporting Bill
Ministers answered 12 questions for oral answer and the Leader of the House Gerry Brownlee received leave to pass through all stages emergency legislation to help Canterbury recover from the recent earthquake.
