When Parliament resumes for its last sitting week today, MPs will debate (after Question Time) the third reading of the Criminal Procedure (Reform and Modernisation) Bill split into 15 different bills.

Next on the order paper is the Crown Entities Reform Bill.

Last week, the Acting Leader of the House Simon Power indicated that the Government intended to complete the passage of the Subordinate Legislation (Confirmation and Validation) Bill (No 3) and the first reading of the Victims of Crime Reform Bill.

Proceedings will be interrupted at 5.15 for the Valedictory Speeches of; Lynne Pillay, Hon Pete Hodgson and Hon Jim Anderton.

The Government is planning to put the House into Urgency on Thursday to complete the remaining stages of the Video Camera Surveillance (Temporary Measures) Bill and Sleepover Wages (Settlement) Bill.
