Key To Open Parliament’s Year

The parliamentary year kicks off today with the Prime Minister’s statement to the House.

The 20 minute speech by John Key is intended to lay out the Government’s agenda and priorities for the year.

This will be followed by leaders’ speeches in reply with 15 hours allocated for the debate as a whole.
