When Parliament resumed at 2pm Prime Minister John Key corrected an answer to a question last week.

Key said he was incorrect when he said that SkyCity had approached TVNZ over the purchase of some of its land.

Andrea Newman, That the House urge the Government to pay 100% of the RV to vacant land owners in the Christchurch red zone and note that 1,572 others have signed an online petition supporting this request.

Damien O’Connor on behalf of the students and staff of Parklands School Motueka, That the House note that 78 people have signed a petition advising that the Novopay situation has affected everyone at Parklands school

International treaty examination of the Agreement between the Government of New Zealand and the Government of Niue on the Exchange of Information with Respect to Taxes by the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Committee

Petition 2011/11 of Lyn Polwort reported by the Health Committee

2011/12 financial review of Te Reo Whakapuaki Irirangi (Māori Broadcasting Funding Agency) and Te Taura Whiri I Te Reo Maori (Maori Language Commission) by the Māori Affairs Committee.

The Psychoactive Substances Bill was introduced.
