Controversial telecommunication spying legislation is set to pass into law when Parliament resumes this afternoon.
After Question Time MPs are scheduled to debate the third reading of the Telecommunications (Interception Capability and Security) Bill.
This will be followed by the committee stage of the Members of Parliament (Remuneration and Services) Bill
