A large number of reports were presented when Parliament resumed at 2pm.

Amongst them were the annual reports of the New Zealand Government Property Corporation and Sport New Zealand.

The Government response to report of the Regulations Review Committee on Investigation into the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Reclamation Fees Regulations 2012 was presented, as was the Government Response to Report of the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Committee on Briefing on the International Criminal Court and the Kampala Amendment on the Crime of Aggression.
Select Committee reports were tabled, including the: 2011/12 financial review of Animal Control Products Limited and AsureQuality Limited by the Primary Production Committee

2012/13 financial review of Animal Control Products Limited and AsureQuality Limited by the Primary Production Committee.

Inquiry into the determinants of wellbeing for tamariki Māori by the Māori Affairs Committee.

2012/13 financial review of the Ministry of Maori Development and the non-departmental appropriations for Vote Maori Affairs by the Māori Affairs Committee.

Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Bill by the Māori Affairs Committee.

Ngā Punawai o Te Tokotoru Claims Settlement Bill by the Māori Affairs Committee

Electoral Amendment Bill
as reported by the Justice and Electoral Committee

Maungaharuru-Tangitu Hapu Claims Settlement Bill by the Māori Affairs Committee

Raukawa Claims Settlement Bill by the Māori Affairs Committee

Sullivan Birth Certificate Bill by the Government Administration Committee

The Smoke-free Environments (Tobacco Plain Packaging) Amendment Bill was introduced and MPs then began Question Time.
