Electoral Act Amendments The Priority

Next week the Government intends to give priority to Electoral Act amendments.

Deputy Leader of the House Anne Tolley told MPs next Tuesday the Government would seek to make progress on the Electoral Amendment Bill, Families Commission Amendment Bill and the Border Processing (Trade Single Window and Duties) Bill.

Wednesday would be a Members’ Day and the House would sit on Thursday morning to deal with a number of treaty bills.

The Government response to the Health committee report on child health outcomes was presented.

Petition 2008/139 of Judy Taligalu McFall-McCaffery and John McCaffery, and 6,686 others by the Education and Science Committee

MPs then began Question Time.
