Budget Bill To Be Given Priority

The Government will give priority to Budget related legislation when Parliament sits next week.

Leader of the House Gerry Brownlee said priority would be given to Appropriation (2013/14 Supplementary Estimates) Bill and the Gambling Amendment Bill (No 2), as well as a number of other bills.

The Commerce Commission’s Statement of Intent and Performance Expectations were presented as were the Auditor-General’s Annual Plan and Statement of Strategic Intentions.
