Extended Hours Session Ends

The first use of extended hours in this Parliament ended just before 1pm.

MPs completed the first readings of the Te Kawerau ā Maki Claims Settlement Bill, Te Hiku Claims Settlement Bill and the Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Committee Bill. They were all sent to the Maori Affairs Committee for consideration on a voice vote.

The House will resume at 2pm.
