A Day Of Committee Stages

MPs will begin the penultimate sitting week of Parliament for 2014 when the House sits at 2pm today.

After Question Time the House will go into committee to consider the Crimes (Match-fixing) Amendment Bill, Public Safety (Public Protection Orders) Bill, Parole (Extended Supervision Orders) Amendment Bill and the Education Amendment Bill (No 2).

Wednesday is a Members Day with the committee stage of the Parental Leave and Employment Protection (Six Months’ Paid Leave) Amendment Bill set to be debated.

MPs are scheduled to hold the adjournment debate on December 10.
