Parliament resumed at 9am under Urgency and shortly after completed the first reading of the KiwiSaver Budget Measures Bill. It progressed by 63 to 58 with National, Maori Party, ACT and United Future in support.

MPs then immediately began the second reading.

The Border Processing (Arrivals and Departures) Levy Bill is still yet to be passed through all stages under Urgency.
