A bill enabling the trade deal with Korea to come into place will be debated in Parliament this afternoon.

Following Question Time the first item on the Order Paper is the first reading of the Appropriation (2014/15 Supplementary Estimates) Bill with no debate. This will be followed by the first reading of the Tariff (Free Trade Agreement between New Zealand and the Republic of Korea) Amendment Bill which enables the ratification of the trade agreement of the trade agreement between New Zealand and the Republic of Korea.

MPs will then return to the interrupted second reading of the Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf (Environmental Effects) (Transitional Provisions) Amendment Bill and the committee stage of Social Assistance (Portability to Cook Islands, Niue, and Tokelau) Bill.
