The Government intends to push on with the committee stage of health and safety reform legislation this afternoon.
After Question Time, MPs will return to the interrupted committee stage of the Health and Safety Reform Bill.
When the House rose last night MPs were about half an hour into consideration of Part Three of the Bill’s six parts plus schedules. Part Three of the Bill is the most contentious part of the bill as amongst other things it deals with exemptions for which operations will be exempt from mandatory health and safety representatives in the workplace.
