1. RAHUI KATENE to the Minister for Climate Change Issues: What advice has he received from iwi over the Government’s proposed new approach for assessing carbon stored in registered post-1989 forests, and what is the Government doing to action that advice?

3. Hon PHIL GOFF to the Prime Minister: Does he stand by his statement that “I am concerned about the risk that New Zealanders become tenants in their own land”; if so, what specific actions will his Government be taking?
