When Parliament resumes today the first legislation due to be debated is the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Bill.

When Parliament resumes today the first legislation due to be debated is the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Bill.

It is intended that MPs will hold the second reading debate of the bill introduced to replace the current foreshore and seabed legislation after Question Time.

Other legislation on the Order Paper includes the committee stage debate on the Legal Services Bill.
