The Government this afternoon decided to press on with the debate in reply to the Prime Minister’s statement.
Following Question Time, MPs resumed the debate and when the House rose at 6pm there were 2 hours 36 minutes remaining in the 11 hour debate.
The House will sit again next Tuesday.
