When Parliament resumed at 2pm, a petition was presented asking the Government to rescind its decision to build an expressway through the Kapiti Coast Community and work on a sustainable solution and the House support this request.

When Parliament resumed at 2pm, a petition was presented asking the Government to rescind its decision to build an expressway through the Kapiti Coast Community and work on a sustainable solution and the House support this request.
The Briefing from Autism New Zealand, Briefing from the Ministry of Education on the educational needs of students with autism spectrum disorders, and Briefing from the Ministry of Education on the arrangements for assessing students with autism against the National Standards by the Education and Science Committee was tabled.

Nursing Council
Selected Non-Departmental Appropriations
Parliamentary Commissioners for the Environment

The South Taranaki District Council (Cold Creek Rural Water Supply) Bill was introduced.
